These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EtsyMan at etsyman.cc, operated by VARØ Industries ("we," "us," "our"). By using EtsyMan you agree to these Terms.

1. No Affiliation with Etsy

EtsyMan is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Your use of Etsy's platform is governed by Etsy's Terms of Use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use EtsyMan for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Etsy's Terms of Use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, abuse, or overload our servers or the Etsy API.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use EtsyMan to transmit spam, malware, or phishing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.

3. Your Credentials

If you provide Etsy API credentials to EtsyMan (either via a form or by connecting your account), you are responsible for keeping those credentials secure. We treat them as described in our Privacy Policy. We will never use your credentials for any purpose other than making API calls on your behalf.

4. Accounts

Account registration is invite-only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Service Availability

EtsyMan is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantee of uptime, accuracy of fee calculations, or continued availability of any feature. We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ETSYMAN AND VARØ INDUSTRIES ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FEE CALCULATIONS ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND MAY NOT REFLECT CURRENT ETSY RATES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VARØ INDUSTRIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ETSYMAN, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VARØ Industries from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of EtsyMan.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of EtsyMan after changes constitutes acceptance.
